These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", "Player", or "you") and FC888 (hereinafter referred to as "FC888", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://fc888.casa (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using the FC888 Platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browser, registered member, or depositing player — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through FC888, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, live football betting, lottery, arcade games, and all associated promotional activities. In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Registration and use of the FC888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be satisfied concurrently and on an ongoing basis:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. FC888 strictly enforces this minimum age in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any Account found to be held by an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended and permanently closed.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal restriction, guardianship order, or other legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
3. Jurisdictional Legality: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the FC888 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. FC888 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in all territories.
4. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
5. Personal Account Use: Your Account must be used solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, and you may not use any other person's Account.
6. No Prior Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion imposed by FC888 or any other gambling operator.

To access the full suite of FC888 services — including making deposits, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update any information that changes. FC888 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. FC888 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, FC888 requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement)
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document

FC888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being flagged for review may have the request cancelled, with funds returned to the account balance.

By accessing the FC888 Platform, you agree to use it strictly in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The following general conditions of use apply to all Members at all times:

5.1 Permitted Use

• The Platform may only be used for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• All bets and gaming activity must be placed using funds legitimately owned by the Member.
• You must use the Platform in good faith and refrain from any activity that may damage, overload, or impair platform functionality.

5.2 Technical Requirements

Access to FC888 requires a stable internet connection and a compatible web browser or device. FC888 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

5.3 Cookies and Tracking

FC888 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session integrity, personalise content, and analyse Platform usage. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

FC888 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment channels are currently supported on the FC888 Platform:

• E-Wallets: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost
• Online Banking / Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and all other participating FPX banks)
• Bank Wire Transfer: Direct bank transfer to FC888's designated account
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

6.2 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by FC888's payment processor. FC888 does not charge deposit fees on standard local payment methods; however, third-party processing fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider remain your responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (see Section 4.3) and must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Indicative processing times by method are as follows:

FC888 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts. Processing times quoted are indicative and may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Member's own name.
• FC888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established (see Section 7).
• FC888 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory obligation to do so exists.

FC888 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Members who satisfy the conditions set out for each individual promotion.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., X12 means you must wager 12 times the bonus amount).
• Maximum bet amounts apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit during an active bonus will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

FC888 employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; hedging bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome while a bonus is active; and any other conduct that FC888 determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes exploitation of promotional offers. FC888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.

All bets and wagers placed on the FC888 Platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by in-play betting features.
• FC888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known at the time the bet was placed, where an error in the displayed odds or game parameters occurred, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be varied by FC888 at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, FC888's system logs shall be the definitive record of the bet outcome. FC888 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet disconnection on the Member's side.
• FC888's decisions regarding the outcome of any bet or game round, in the event of a dispute, are final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in our FAQ.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the FC888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

1. Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit, documented consent.
2. Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
3. Employing any automated software, bot, algorithm, script, or other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by FC888.
4. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to in live poker or table game environments.
6. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the Platform.
7. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of registration, verification, or transaction processing.
8. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gaming is unlawful.
9. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement.
10. Any conduct that FC888 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward Platform staff or other users.

FC888 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargebacks, payment dispute, or reversal relating to the Member's deposits.
• Regulatory obligation or law enforcement request.
• The Member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any amounts subject to dispute or investigation) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not completed applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

All content on the FC888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of FC888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of FC888.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without FC888's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FC888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

FC888's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit FC888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the governing law provisions applicable to FC888's operating jurisdiction. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with FC888's support team, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute process outlined in our FAQ.

FC888 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly and promptly. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are required to submit a written complaint to [email protected] and allow FC888 a reasonable period (not less than 14 business days) to investigate and respond. FC888 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and to the satisfaction of both parties.

FC888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect Member rights or obligations, FC888 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform's notification system or by email to the registered address on the Member's Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10. FC888 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
